Bluebird Guitar Straps on Location:
 - I would like to visit your location, so I can find a strap for my guitar is this possible?
At time moment we only have a web shop which is not a brick and mortar store to receive visitors.
We do go to any exhibitions or events, so you can always visit us there.
A location for visitation is something we are working on, but planned for the future.

Shipping
 - My country is not listed in your list of countries where you ship to, are you able to ship to……
Yes we can, just let us know where you are located and we will provide the web shop with your country and location.

Different leather
 - I saw a different type of leather on one of your straps, is it possible to add those to another strap?
 Yes that is possible, but there are certain conditions:

• Contact us before you order for the options
• Do we have an unfinished (no leather attached) strap in stock, then no extra cost will be charged.
• Do we have to remove the currently attached leather from the strap, a €5,50 will be charged
• Once the change is made, straps becomes a custom order and custom order terms will apply.

Alternative Leather
 - Instead of genuine leather straps ends, you can also use other durable materials?
To guarantee a consistent quality in our straps, we can not use any other material than the Genuine Leather that we use.

Different hardware
 - Your straps all have the brass hardware, can you change it with chrome?
This is NOT always possible, only under certain conditions:

• Contact us before you order for the options
• This could only be done to unfinished straps, stocked straps cannot be changed
• No extra cost will be applied
• Once the change is made, straps becomes a custom order and custom order terms will apply

Vintage Back in stock
 - Currently one of your vintage (and rare) straps are out of stoke, when can you restock them?
Vintage (and rare) are woven trims from the early ’60 and ’70 and no longer made, When we buy our fabrics, we seldom find them again so in that case we rarely can reproduce them. But we will always keep our eyes open the any of those trims.

Different length
 - Your strep length is always 2” inch (5cm) wide and with a maximum length of 58” inch (1.47 mtr) can you make them wider and/or longer?

We cannot make them wider at this moment, 2” inch (5cm) is the maximum.
We can make them longer to the maximum length 78” inch (2 mtr), the only condition is:

• Contact us before you place the order
• Is the jacquard trim of the particular strap still available.
• No extra cost will be applied
• Once the change is made, straps becomes a custom order and custom order terms will apply

Different backing / hemp
- Can your straps be make with a different backing material like Hemp?
At the moment, the request for this kind of material is too low, there for we don’t stoke any.
If you are planning to order 10+ strap, we can place an order for an hemp backing, additional cost could be applied.
